Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving to your home.
To Prepare for Delivery:
- Make payment of any unpaid cash balances due; convenient credit card payment can be made over the telephone or at our store.
- Clear all pathways.
- Remove existing furniture to be replaced.
- Remove all breakable items in the delivery path.
- Protect family pets, as doors will be open during delivery.
Our delivery team is limited in their ability to move existing furniture into other areas of the home, and may recommend not installing your new furniture if delivery may cause damage to your home or furniture.

Customer Pick Up
Merchandise must be paid in full prior to pick-up. Please call in advance to verify availability. Please bring a vehicle appropriate for your purchase, as well as necessary pads to provide protection. We will supply plastic and twine but you will be responsible for securing the load.
